Refund policy

Please contact our office at 800-352-3223 for instructions to return merchandise. To be eligible for a full refund less the 20% restocking fee, returned merchandise must be in new condition. If the returned item is not in new condition, we will charge a 30% restocking fee or the postage fees to return the damaged product to the customer. All merchandise returns must be made within ninety days from the date on the receipt. We do not offer refunds for electronically formatted products or services (e.g., books for download, training course fees).
